Dear Individuals:

We have many hardships in this life and this is the reason for this open letter to you.  I hope you will take the time to read it and think about a few of my thoughts.  Because it is my only hope in this situation.

This is a Declaration of Freedom from a citizen of the U.S. to you of Franklin County.  It is my belief that you will take a stand for freedom and protect yourself from the enemies of our society which take many forms and even our own government.  You and I have only two ways to protect ourselves and they are the right to vote and the right to a petition if the Government is not protecting you or I.

All the elected and some of the appointed officials of your county in the Probate and Family Court of Franklin County have allowed the illegal removal of my children from New York State. They have broken many Federal Laws.

These officials which you have elected have done everything in their power to keep me away from my children.  A few examples are use of force, delayed hearings, canceled hearings, dropped my appeal, made visitation impossible with the expense and time besides. denied me all my legal motions and finally denied all visitation. At present they have not allowed me visitation since November, 1982. (To the present 2003)

This situation has been in operation since April, 1981.  With my 16 or more court hearings there has been no change since I walked into court for the first time in April, 1981.

I have sat in court and watched injustice not only to myself, but other helpless Victims.  The judge is on the side of the lawyers and their fees and not on the side of equal rights of all. The law has gone wild and we are at its mercy.  I mean the mercy of the dollar too.  Criminals in jail have more rights to their children than I do. Stop this injustice right now.  I must say this situation has brought me to a conclusion of not respecting our government or country.  It does not surprise me that people attack our country.  Because my country showed me no concern for my life and situation when it came to my children the most precious gift life has to offer.  They let a sick self centered woman take my children.

THE MISS USE OF FAMILY COURT IS AS GREAT AND INJUSTICE AS MURDER.

THE LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY LIFE AND THE LOVE FOR MY CHILDREN CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS CRIMINAL AND I MEAN CRIMINAL.

Call Probate court and demand justice for all. (413) 774-7011.

Write your congressmen to introduce new laws for the protection of parent stealing and was equal rights for both parents.  Make federal law become our guide line to protect our constitutional rights.  State laws for family problems allow parents to use children for their personal hatreds and friends to get involved with other people when they have no moral right to do so.  Abba Bogin is a good example of this moral right.  State laws for family problems are no longer valid with the easy transportation opportunities that unlawful parents use.

Remember to vote out bad Family Court Officials.  Our laws really need to be changed.  The approach to family law is just complete sickness.
